  4. Read 5 pages a day of a Self-help book

  5. Journal 3 or more times a week for at least 10 minutes

  6. Attend 3 of our scheduled classes: Mindset, Selfcare, Personal Growth

  7. Drink 1/2 your body weight in water oz. per day (Current weight/2= # oz. of water to consume )

  8. Eat clean, control your portions and NO alcohol

  9. Workout 5 days a wk for 1 hour- view videos on the website. (2 days of walking)

  10. Daily progress picture with fitted workout clothes front, back and side

Share info with Coach for accountability, encouragement and documentation.
