Attend 3 of our scheduled classes: Mindset, Selfcare, Personal Growth
Drink 1/2 your body weight in water oz. per day (Current weight/2= # oz. of water to consume )
Eat clean, control your portions and NO alcohol
Workout 5 days a wk for 1 hour- view videos on the website. (2 days of walking)

Share info with Coach for accountability, encouragement and documentation.
